  • Tom Titus

    Tom Titus


    Tom was born and raised in Michigan. While at the University of Toledo he committed his life to following Jesus. After graduation he attended the Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY. During that time he became the Assistant Pastor at Fort Lee Gospel Church in Fort Lee, NJ where he met and married his amazing and talented wife Cathy. Soon they moved to Ossining NY to pastor Grace Alliance Church where they celebrated the arrival of Hope in 2002. After six years in Ossining Tom became the Associate Pastor at Hillside Church in Armonk, NY where they served for eight years. In 2014 Tom, Cathy and Hope continued their epic adventure of following Jesus by moving to central PA to serve at PVCC. Tom and his family love being outside, hiking in the woods, kayaking and canoeing, hunting and fishing. They enjoy playing boardgames and cards and watching movies.

    Darren Narber

    Youth Director

    Darren spent most of his formative years in State College, PA eventually ending up at the Pennsylvania State University. During this time, he met his wife Anne whom he married in June, 1997. Since that time, life has been a roller coaster and God has blessed them with three biological kids and a fourth who found his way into their hearts via Detroit, Michigan. Originally part of the PVCC launch team, Darren and Anne discovered that youth ministry in the Valley seemed to fit their personalities and so they chose to follow God's leading and jump into full-time ministry in 2014. They now lead the Penns Valley Youth Center and continue to figure out what God's plan and purposes for their lives are as they try to help raise their kids and a whole lot of others as well...

  • Carrie Porter

    Carrie Porter


    Carrie was born and raised in State College, PA. After graduating from Slippery Rock University with a Degree in Business Administration, she returned to State College for a job as a Branch Manager at a local bank. Carrie followed God's call to join the launch team of Penns Valley Community Church at which time God brought John, another member of the launch team, back into her life ​as they worked together on building boxes for the mobile church plant! John and Carrie were married in December 2004 and moved to Centre Hall in 2005 to be more involved in the Penns Valley community. Carrie joined the staff of Penns Valley Community Church as the Administrator in 2009. Carrie loves spending time with John and their four daughters, reading, working in her flower gardens and ​catching up ​with friends​ over coffee​!
