After returning to State College upon graduating from Slippery Rock University, Carrie joined the team of individuals and families, including her future husband, John, who were called to plant Penns Valley Community Church in 2003.  Carrie then had the opportunity to join the staff team as the part- time Administrator in 2009.  Over the years, the role has grown and changed but Carrie has remained thankful for a job that doesn’t feel like a job! In her down time, Carrie enjoys being outside, working in her flower gardens, catching up with friends over a good cup of coffee, hiking and spending time with John and their four daughters.
